Cade teaches you how to cook wholesome plant-based food in his unique clay pots. You’ll learn to make fresh coconut milk and curry paste, cook with spices, ferment and cook dosa and take home 7 or more recipes after the workshop. He shares techniques gathered along his travels and others he’s learnt over the years. He follows the philosophy of ‘consciousness over convenience’, focusing on preparing food from scratch using whole organic ingredients. Cade’s aim is to welcome you into a respectful connection with your food and where it comes from. He invites you to see cooking as an enjoyable experience, as opposed to a chore. He believes that the way we cook and what we eat are a powerful vote for the future, and practices that deserve our time and care. Cade shares these workshops in the Byron Shire and up and down the east coast of NSW. He also runs them for private groups of 8+ people.
