This is an invitation into deepening your connection to food, where it comes from and how it’s prepared on a sacred initiation mountain in the Australian bush. It’s an embodied and hands on experience diving into the essence and themes of my cookbook, ‘Plants, Clay & Fire - Bring The Earth into Your Kitchen’.

Together, we’ll be slowing down and dropping into a more natural pace aligned with nature, where presence is our priority. I welcome you into the practices that help keep me connected to myself.

We’ll journey through different cooking themes - using fire and charcoal, cooking with spices, making curry pastes and fresh coconut milk, fermenting dosa and grains, cooking in banana leaves, preparing lentils and legumes and cooking in clay and stone pots, plus much more…
